To maximize access to the public on Free Day, the first Thursday of every month, Member visitation is not permitted from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Why is Member Free Day entry not permitted? While we prioritize Member visits and provide our Members with the majority of weekend and Monday holiday access, we do allocate a portion of our tickets for public access. Why are tickets sometimes available for the public, and “sold out” for Members? Managing capacity on these days via reservations ensures that Members and the public have the best experience possible during their visit. The Huntington can be a popular place to visit on weekends and during busy holiday seasons. Why are reservations required on some days? Upper level Member early entry advance tickets (8–10 a.m.) are not required, but encouraged for faster check-in. Do upper level Members need to make an early-entry reservation? Upper level early-entry is available to eligible Members from 8-10 a.m. Members can self-cancel reservations via the cancellation link in the reservation confirmation email. If Member tickets are fully booked, please check back as tickets are made available when cancellations are processed.

Ticket reservations can be made at any time on our website. Reservations are not required for upper level member early entry. Advance tickets are not required Monday–Thursday, but encouraged for faster check-in. Members are required to make reservations Friday-Sunday, on holidays, and during peak seasons.
